APEKAMA CARD

  • APEKAMA card is a Loyalty card which has introduced by CIB SHOPPING CENTRE, the leader of the Sri Lankn Fashions, offer a greater opportunity for it’s valued customer’s.

Obtaining method of Apekama Card,

  • An application could be obtained from any branch of CIB SHOPPING CENTRE for Rs.100/=.
  • It should be filled correctly and handover to the counter.
  • Please ensure that you have obtained a receipt for the payment you done.

How To collect Points,

  • All you have to do is produce your card to the cashier whenever you are doing any payment at any CIB outlet.
  • For every & cash Rs.100/- that you purchase you can earn one point.
  • One point that you earn is equal to one Rupee.

How To Redeem Points,

  • You can redeem your points at any branch of islandwide CIB SHOPPING CENTRE.
  • You need to collect a minimum of 50 points to start redeeming
  • (1 point = Rs.1/-)
  • If you have collected 1000 points that’s equal to Rs.1000/- and you can redeem this points to settle your bill.

Terms and Conditions

  • APEKAMA card can be used only at island-wide CIB outlets.
  • This APEKAMA card will be issued only for the completed applications and uncompleted information will lead to delays in processing the card and a APEKAMA card will not be issued for the incorrect information.
  • You have to produce the card to the cashier for redeem of add points to your card and you won’t be able to do so without producing the card the cashier.
  • This card will be deactivated automatically if it is not used for more than 03 months.
  • Lost or misplacement of this card should be informed immediately to Tel : 011 2 897 034
  • This card is a property of CIB SHOPPING CENTRE and it can be cancelled, rejected or withdrawn at any time without any prior notice to the card holder. The validity period of this card is 03 years and it can be renewed by any branch of the island-wide CIB SHOPPING CENTRES.
  • The above terms and regulations can be changed or new conditions could be added after informing to the card holder.
  • If the card holder dose not agree with the new conditions of changes, he can return the card for the cancellation a day before the commencement of new rules.
  • You must redeem your points before 31st December on every year. Points valid only for one year.

  • විලාසිතා ලොවේ පෙර ගමන්කරු CIB Shopping Centre වෙතින් ඔබට තවත් සාඩම්බර ඉදිරිපත් කිරිමක් අපේකම කාඩ්පත. එය වටිනාකම් රැසකින් යුතුව පාරිභෝගික ඔබ වෙනුවෙන්ම සැකසුවකි.

අපේකම කාඩ්පත ලබා ගන්නා අයුරු,

  • රු.100 ක මුදලක් කවුන්ටරය වෙත ලබා දීමෙන් අයදුම්පතක් ලබා ගත හැකිය.
  • එය නිවැරදිව සම්පුර්ණ කර කවුන්ටරයට භාර දිය යුතුයි.
  • ඔබ ගෙවු මුදලට රිසිට් පතක් ලබා ගන්න.

අපේකම කාඩ්පතේ වාසි ලබා ගන්නා ආකාරය,

  • ඔබ මිල දී ගන්නා වටිනාකමෙන් සෑම රු. 100කටම එක ලකුණ බැගින් හිමි වනු ඇත.
  • සෑම එක් ලකුණක්ම රුපියලකට සමානය. මෙහිදි වැඩි වැඩියෙන් ලකුණු එකතු වන විට ඔබ මිලදී ගන්නා භාණ්ඩයට එකතු වන ලකුණු වල වටිනාකම අඩු කර මුදල් ගෙවිය හැකිය.
  • අපගේ ඕනෑම CIB ප්‍රදර්ශනාගාරයක දී පාරිභෝගික ඔබගේ ලකුණු මුදා හැරිය හැකිය.

නීති රීති සහ කොන්දේසි

  • අපේකම කාඩ්පත භාවිතා කළ හැක්කේ CIB ප්‍රදර්ශනාගාර වල දී පමණි.
  • ඔබට ලබා දෙන අයදුම්පතේ ඇති තොරතුරු නිවැරදි ලෙස සඳහන් කර ඇත්නම් පමණක් මෙම කාඩ්පත නිකුත් කරනු ලැබේ.
  • අයකැමිට කාඩ්පත ලබා දීමෙන් එහි ලකුණු අඵත් කිරිමට හෝ මුදා හැරීමට හැකිය.
  • මෙම කාඩ්පත මාස 03කට වඩා වැඩි කාලයක් පාවිච්චි නොකළේ නම් ස්වයංක්‍රීයව කාඩ්පත නිශ්ක්‍රීය විය හැකිය.
  • කාඩ්පත නැති වුවහොත් ඒ බව වහාම දුරකථන අංක 011 2 897 034 වෙත දැනුම් දිය යුතුයි.
  • මෙම කාඩ්පත මුඵමනින්ම CIB ආයතනය සතු දේපළක් ලෙස සළකන අතර එය කිසිදු දැනුම් දීමකින් තොරව අත්හිටුවීමට,ප්‍රතික්ෂේප කිරීමට හෝ ආපසු ගැනීමට CIB ආයතනයට අයිතිය ඇත.
  • අවුරුදු 03 කින් අපේකම කාඩ්පත අවලංගු වන අතර එම කාඩ්පත CIB ශාඛාවකට ඉදිරිපත්කර අඵත් කරවා ගත හැකිය.
  • ඔබගේ කාඩ්පතේ ලකුණු සෑම වසරකම දෙසැම්බර් 31 දිනට අවලංගු වන අතර ඊට පෙර එම ලකුණු මගින් මිලදී ගැනීම් කළ හැකිය.
  • කාඩ්පත් හිමියාට කරන පූර්ව දැනුම් දීමකින් මෙම කොන්දේසි හා නීති රීති සියල්ලම වෙනස් කරන්නට අවලංගු කරන්නට හෝ අඵත් කොන්දේසි එකතු කරන්නට පූර්ණ අයිතිය CIB ආයතනය සතුව ඇත. CIB ආයතනය විසින් කරන එම දැනුම් දීම කාඩ්පත් හිමියා යම් හෙයකින් පිළි නොගන්නේ නම් කාඩ්පත් හිමියා විසින් අදාළ කොන්දේසි ක්‍රියාත්මක වීමට දිනකට පෙර කාඩ්පත අවලංගු කිරීම සදහා භාර දිය යුතුය.
